I pride myself in creative and functional web site designs. Each web site has a purpose; it is my goal to harness that purpose through the design, giving the user an informative and intuitive experience which has been shown to be a key element in keeping users coming back for more.

• Use of standard and valid XHTML and CSS
• Ensuring visual and functional compatibility across browsers
• Ensuring accessibility for impaired users as per the W3C WAI guidelines

I Don't Do Fluff

I prefer to keep things simple, elegant, and straightforward. I try my best to avoid the following:

• Flash, unless there is a compelling reason (such as a presentation) to include it
• JavaScript for functionality which can be accomplished with CSS (e.g. mouseovers)
• Embedded Audio/Video requiring the installation of certain non-standard plugins
